7 – day self-care challenge: Day 2

This post was inspired by mindful coloring. About two years ago I bought myself an adult anti-stress coloring book and honestly I don’t know why I bought it at the time. I have never used it before it’s good as new. I’m only seeing the importance of it now and it is really amazing!


Mindful coloring, it’s like brain exercise. It requires you to be really focused and it really is therapeutic.


Mindful coloring – what is mindful coloring? A coloring book with concentrated patterns, it is a way to apply colour to a design.


The benefits of this coloring book are endless the ones that stand out for me has to be stress and anxiety levels lowers, concentration level improves, the brain enters a mediative stage and you become more relaxed.
