7 day self-care challenge: Day 3

The best form of self-care is relaxing while reading a good book this is my favourite thing to do.


I believe there is something undeniably special about reading books. They take me into another world. Yes, when I come across a good book it literally takes me into another world, another country or parallel universe.



I feel all the emotions.


Because of books I get to feel and go through all the emotions which I can’t really go through in my real life.



Books have literally opened my eyes to life. I learn so many new things and every time I read one, I feel so optimistic, more positive and better version of myself.


My favourite kind of books are memoirs , books about history and motivational books. I have a few favourites.
